# macOS官方客户端一片空白、无法登录

||| 由于中国大陆大部分地区网络白名单制度阻断，您可能的客户端可能会显示无法登陆或者一片空白。

首先您需要确保自己电脑能够正常连接网络，可以测试访问 [baidu.com](https://baidu.com/) 查看是否能够访问，若无法访问，请先检查自己的本地网络是否正常，以及检查自己的代理设置是否正常。

### 如何确定自己本地网络是否屏蔽客户端API？

当出现上图描述的现象的时候，代表您的本地网络已经屏蔽了我们的客户端API。  
  
您可以自行尝试重启客户端后台进程、关闭防火墙进程、确保电脑没有正在运行其他的客户端、加速器等应用。

### 我都尝试了，但是还是无法登录。

如果已经确保自己电脑能够正常连接网络以及防火墙都已关闭的情况下，则代表您的本地地区网络已经屏蔽了我们的客户端API，此时， 您需要切换官网其他客户端使用。
