# 电脑节点列表全部显示红色、超时

| 出现节点全部显示超时的原因有以下几种，请务必认真查看。

### 1. 在 新疆 地区

新疆地区由于省级防火墙限制，导致所有大陆中继的梯子都无法使用，这是无法避免的。

如果阁下在新疆地区，建议定制私人节点使用。

### 2. 校园网 & 部分公司内网限制

一些校园网或一些公司的网络，在路由层做了限制，本身自带一层代理网关，或者对节点协议进行了屏蔽，这种情况通常来说，我们是无法解决的。

如果您连接的是校园网或者公司网络，您可以尝试先将网络切换到自己的移动热点网络，然后等待10分钟左右，刷新节点列表，查看是否恢复。

### 4. 流量用尽 & 套餐到期 & 设备数超过

请登录官网后，在首页检查自己的账号套餐状态、流量以及设备数量是否超过。

### 5. 连接了其他的VPN、加速器 等影响网关的应用程序

您不能同时运行其他的代理软件、VPN、加速器等所有影响网关的应用程序，否则会起冲突。

如果您对电脑后台一窍不通，不清楚自己是否应该退出哪些软件的后台，您可以尝试禁用所有开机启动项后，重启电脑。
